Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and polished Relationship Executive to represent SFNC Consulting in professional interactions. The role involves engaging with architects, interior designers, builders/developers, and senior consultants, initiating meaningful conversations, and nurturing long-term relationships on behalf of the organisation.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build rapport with high-profile professionals in a refined and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Calling & Relationship Building
- Make outbound professional calls to architects, interior designers, builders/developers, and consultants
- Introduce SFNC Consulting and its partner brands in a refined and engaging manner
- Build and nurture trust-based, long-term professional relationships
- Understand client backgrounds, preferences, and project focus
Meeting Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Generate interest and schedule meetings or product presentations for the consulting team
- Conduct structured follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth coordination
Communication & Brand Representation
- Represent SFNC Consulting's premium positioning in all interactions
- Communicate confidently, courteously, and professionally
- Handle queries and objections with grace and professionalism
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
- Update CRM or Excel trackers regularly
- Share daily and weekly call status reports with the team
Candidate Profile
Eligibility
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 1year of experience in tele-calling, client coordination, relationship management, or front-end communication roles
- Experience working with architects, designers, real estate, luxury, or B2B clientele is an added advantage
Key Skills
- Excellent spoken English (Hindi or regional languages are a plus)
- Strong verbal presentation and persuasion skills
