About the Role

You will manage frontline client engagement across mutual fund distribution, insurance workflows, and estate-service coordination. At Primassure, every team member plays three roles:

Guardian: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and flawless execution

Advisor: Improve client experience through insights (within MFD boundaries)

Growth Partner: Contribute to scaling our AUM, insurance book & client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• MF onboarding: KYC/FATCA, applications, CRM & AUM tracking
• Insurance quotes, documentation, renewals & servicing
• Estate/wills coordination with legal partners (non-legal)
• Manage client queries & follow-ups
• Build a client pipeline post-training + target-linked outcomes
• Maintain SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI-compliant communication

Who We're Looking For

• 13 years of experience
• Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Strong English & Hindi communication
• NISM V-A
• Client-facing confidence + learning mindset
• Basic Excel + CRM skills
