TheRelationship Executiveis responsible for generating revenue for the retail outlet by handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-ins and also ensuring proper upkeep of the retail outlet
- To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone and face to face closures to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively
- Responsible to build excellent customer relationship
- Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements
- Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services
- Responsible for the upkeep of the retail
- Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations
- Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during functional hours
- Striving to achieve set revenue targets
- Ensure profile completeness of registered customers
- Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements.
Skills and Competencies
- Pleasing personality, excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, listening skills and service orientation
- Ability to understand the client requirements and sell the best suited package to them
- Adept in MS Office and basic computer knowledge & basic mathematic calculations
Education and Experience
Graduate With 1 year experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service/Direct Sales/B2C Sales etc.
