Role SummaryRelationship Executive
The Relationship Executive will be responsible for generating
hospital-based leads, meeting doctors, counselling expectant parents, promoting
cord blood banking, diagnostics, and related services, and managing client presentations, enrollments, CRM updates, and logistics coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Executive (RE)- Meet doctors and promote cord blood banking and stem cell applications
- Facilitate interaction with expectant parents
- Promote diagnostics and other company services
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers for lead generation and business development
- Build strong relationships with:
- Front office staff
- Nursing staff
- Doctor attendants
- Coordinators
- Conduct counselling sessions in hospitals and doctor chambers
- Place and manage drop boxes / flyer stands
- Ensure marketing materials are regularly updated and maintained
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Conduct presentations and counselling sessions
- Complete client enrollment, documentation, payment collection, and logistics coordination
- Update daily activities and follow-ups in CRM
- Share market intelligence and competitor updates
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working in hospital and field environments
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
