Business Analyst Reinsurance (ProCede Expertise Preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Reinsurance fundamentals and preferably hands-on experience with ProCede (FIS Global). The candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of reinsurance requirements within our PAS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document Reinsurance contract structures, terms, and calculation logic.
• Collaborate with ETL developers to design and validate data pipelines for inbound and outbound integrations with the PAS system.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for data transformation and mapping.
• Support testing and validation of reinsurance data flows and calculations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Reinsurance processes, including treaty and facultative arrangements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Reinsurance principles and calculations.
• Experience with ProCede (FIS Global) or similar PAS systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams on ETL and data integration projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
