This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse located at Padmalaya Medical Centre in Chennai. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients, assisting in patient assessments, administering medication, managing medical equipment, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures, educating patients and families, maintaining medical records, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong clinical skills related to patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and providing post-operative support
• Experience with diagnostic procedures and knowledge of medical equipment
• Effective communication and counseling skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and an active nursing license (State of Tamil Nadu registration preferred)
• Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology settings is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations effectively
