Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting during procedures, and communicating with patients and their families. The role involves collaborating with medical teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring that all hospital standards and protocols are met. The ideal candidate will play a key role in offering comfort and support to mothers and newborns during and after delivery.

Qualifications

• Competent in patient care tasks, such as administering medications, monitoring vitals, and assisting in medical procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and records.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Certification in nursing (Registered Nurse) is mandatory; additional certifications in midwifery or maternal care are an asset.
• Experience in maternal and neonatal care is highly desirable.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach combined with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
