• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and basic medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and utilizing medical technology
• Ability to assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Knowledge of medical and healthcare regulations and best practices
• Relevant certification as a Registered Nurse and a valid license to practice
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is beneficial
