Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Aayush Group of Hospitals located in Jamnagar. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and offer education and emotional support to patients and their families. Responsibilities also include collaborating with physicians, documenting medical histories, maintaining accurate health records, and adhering to healthcare protocols and standards to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and medical administration
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control procedures, and emergency care standards
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Relevant certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent degree is preferred
- State Nursing Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in India
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is advantageous
