Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for Business development and efficient operation of managing all branches in his Region, including operations, Lending, Product Sales, Customer Service, Security and Safety in accordance with the Company's objectives/Guidelines.

He will also ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through training, guidance, leader ship and staff motivation

- Business target achievement of the assigned region

- Drive Business Development for the entire geography with the team for Branch managers

- Market Intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for lead generation, running campaigns and marketing initiatives and activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferably Post graduate with 12-15 years of proven work experience in NBFC / Banking at Regional or Zonal Head.
  • High task and output orientation drive towards productivity
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility and hands on willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Ability to learn quickly to be able to understand organizational processes and follow them
  • Must be a value-driven individual with high degree of integrity
  • Ability to juggle multiple requirements
