For Regional Wealth Manager
Job Summary
As Regional Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with HNI and UHNI clients across your assigned geography. You will distribute a comprehensive suite of wealth products : including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs,etc...
This is a high-ownership, client-facing role with strong earning potential, full product access, and a supportive back-office ecosystem behind you.
What You'll Do :
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients (50L+ investable surplus).
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans and asset allocation strategies.
- Drive AUM growth through referrals, events, and COI networking.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing conversations.
- Collaborate with product and research teams for client presentations.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (SEBI, AMFI guidelines).
- Mentor junior relationship managers.
What We're Looking For :
- 7+ years in wealth management, private banking, or financial distribution
- NISM Series V-A (MF) & NISM series 21 A (PMS) certified; CFP or CWM a strong plus
- Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of MF, PMS, AIF and bonds, and insurance products
- Existing HNI client relationships and referral network preferred
- Excellent communication in English and regional language(s)
- Self-motivated with strong business development acumen
- Clean regulatory record; familiarity with SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI norms
