Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirement & training needs
2. Training Delivery for all distribution segments & clients across region
3. Empanelling & handling a team of external trainers
4. Drive regulatory certifications viz AMFI/NISM
5. Supporting S&D team in various non-training initiatives
6. Entire planning to reporting of training activities
7. Content Design
