Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Trainer role based in Dhule, Vizag/ Vizinagram, Tirupathi, Udaipur, Gorakhpur, Ahmedabad, Vijayawada , Indore, Karnal, Dharwad.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct trainings: classroom Trainings for the organisation, TTT, Learning activities.
- To ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- To maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- To identify problems and opportunities, such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- To conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
- To ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget.
- To help prepare new training modules.
- Ensure timely reports and MIS are shared as per the decided timelines.
- Ready to travel a minimum of 15 days a month.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with hold of graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Relevant experience in MFI/ NBFC is preferred.
