This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Trade Marketing Executive located in Bangalore, Mumbai,Chennai. The Regional Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for Execute trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance retailer engagement. This role involves understanding regional

market trends, implementing trade programs, and working with sales and marketing teams to

support business growth. market planning, utilizing analytical skills, Sales Promotions, and implementing sales & marketing initiatives on a regional level.

  • Trade Marketing Strategy ExecutionImplement and drive regional trade marketing plans effectively to support business growth.
  • Sales Growth ContributionEnhance product visibility and drive promotions to achieve targeted sales growth.
  • Retailer & Distributor Engagement Strengthen relationships with trade partners to improve brand presence and trade participation.
  • Merchandising & POSM Deployment Ensure proper placement and utilization of POS materials to maximize impact.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Insights Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies.
  • Budget Utilization & ROI Optimize trade marketing spend and assess the return on investment for promotional activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade initiatives with business goals.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence Ensure all trade marketing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing
  • 28-35 years Old
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
