Job Description

Operational Management

  • Supervise and coordinate regional VSAT installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded for all operations.
  • Oversee inventory and logistics management for VSAT equipment in the region.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor field engineers and technical support staff.
  • Coordinate schedules, workloads, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operational activities.

Customer Support & Escalation

  • Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting

  • Provide hands-on technical support for VSAT systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and guide field teams to effective solutions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
