Operational Management
- Supervise and coordinate regional VSAT installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded for all operations.
- Oversee inventory and logistics management for VSAT equipment in the region.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor field engineers and technical support staff.
- Coordinate schedules, workloads, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operational activities.
Customer Support & Escalation
- Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues.
- Collaborate closely with the customer support team to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on technical support for VSAT systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide field teams to effective solutions.
- Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
