Responsibilities
As a leader in academic excellence, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading Cluster Directors to implement brand-aligned academic strategies.
- Ensuring curriculum excellence and CBSE compliance across schools.
- Collaborating with the business team to grow admissions and revenue.
- Conducting master training programs for Principals and Teachers.
- Monitoring school performance and guiding new school setups.
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's & Master's in Education; a PhD or Ed. Management degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience as a Principal or in multi-school academic leadership.
- In-depth understanding of CBSE norms and the affiliation process.
- Strong leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across zones.
