The company is dedicated to meeting diverse dental care needs through high-quality and effective products.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our FMCG business across Madhurai and other southern districts.

Position: Regional Sales Manager FMCG

Location: Madhurai-Virudhunagar

Experience: 812 years in FMCG sales (Team handling experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary & secondary sales across Chennai and nearby districts
  • Lead, motivate and manage Sales / Area teams
  • Appoint, manage and develop distributors & key accounts
  • Ensure effective execution of schemes, promotions and visibility plans
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Track market movement, competitor activity and expansion opportunities

Candidate Profile (Mandatory)

  • Must have thorough working knowledge of the FMCG market in southern districts of Tamilnadu
  • Strong experience in FMCG channel sales
  • Proven regional team handling and distributor management skills
  • Excellent planning, negotiation and communication skills
  • Willing to travel extensively within the region

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, team management, and achieving measurable sales targets.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and key account / client management.
  • Excellent analytical ability to interpret sales data, distributor performance, and market trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regional FMCG market (Madhurai & nearby districts); exposure to the oral care or related category will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead, guide and motivate regional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a Regional / Territory Sales role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and local market communication is a strong advantage.
