We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to represent Swa in Mumbai and nearby areas, building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F&B scene.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers to achieve regional sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including territory planning, distributor networks, and key account management.
- Identify expansion opportunities, onboard new clients (cafés, bars, hotels, HoReCa, modern trade), and drive upselling/cross-selling.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and forecasting to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing/operations for product launches, demos, promotions, and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching/training, and submit regional reports/expense updates.

Requirements
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial or sales management, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or F&B/HoReCa.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); proven track record in team leadership and target achievement.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools; willingness for travel across regions.
- Self-motivated leader with deep F&B market knowledge.
