Regional Sales Manager (Surgical Solutions)
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a deep specialization in the surgical environmentspecifically within the Surgical Gloves or high-volume surgical consumables category. With 7+ years of experience, you will lead our regional efforts to penetrate Tier-1 hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), and GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations).
Role OverviewThis role isn't just about moving product; it's about understanding the nuances of barrier protection, clinician ergonomics, and double-gloving protocols. You will lead a dedicated team to displace competitors through clinical evidence, superior hand-health outcomes, and strategic pricing models.
- Experience: 7+ years in Surgical Sales (Gloves, Drapes, or Wound Care preferred).
- Territory: Delhi
- Focus: Market share acquisition and clinical education.
Core Responsibilities- Regional Strategy: Design and execute a land and expand strategy for surgical gloves and consumables across your assigned territory.
- Clinical Conversions: Lead the transition process for hospitals switching glove brands, including conducting staff trials, education sessions, and glove-fittings.
- GPO/IDN Management: Navigate Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Value Analysis Committees (VAC) to secure long-term contracts.
- Team Coaching: Manage and mentor a team of 46 Sales Representatives, joining them for high-stakes clinical presentations and negotiations.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Work closely with hospital procurement and distributors to ensure consistent stock levels and mitigate backorders.
We need a leader who understands that a surgical glove is a surgeon's most critical piece of PPE. You should be able to discuss the tactile sensitivity of a polyisoprene glove just as easily as you discuss a cost-savings proposal for a hospital system.

- The Networker: You have an existing rolodex of OR Managers, Materials Managers, and Surgeons.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Market Share Growth: Percentage increase in regional glove volume vs. competitors.
- Conversion Rate: Success rate of clinical trials transitioning to permanent contracts.
- Retention: Maintaining 95%+ renewal rates on existing regional accounts.
