Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Chennai (with travel across the region)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our sales and operations for our client for the Tamil Nadu Market. The role involves developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and managing the regional sales team to achieve targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales preferably in office furniture, interiors, Modular Furniture with a proven ability to manage institutional and channel customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve regional sales targets and market share objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for institutional, corporate, and retail customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships across Kerala.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate regional sales and support teams.
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
Market Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, furniture dealers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth areas.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with the factory, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and negotiations effectively to close deals profitably.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Track key metrics to evaluate region performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 510 years of experience in regional sales or business management (preferably in B2B, project, or furniture/interior sectors).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a regional team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
