We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager - Karnataka

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Are you a seasoned sales leader in the medical devices industry with a strong foothold in Karnataka Join Advance MedTech Solutions, a leading innovator in healthcare, and play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales operations across Karnataka. This role involves managing key trade and corporate accounts, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across a diverse surgical product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Manage and expand trade and corporate accounts across the region
  • Drive sales of Sutures, Staplers, Energy, and Hernia product lines
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets

Key Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
  • Strengthen partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing reviews, and market trend assessments
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and regulatory teams
  • Align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of managers and frontline sales executives
  • Drive performance, engagement, and capability development

Planning & Forecasting

  • Manage regional budgets and deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience in Medical Devices (Surgical Consumables)
  • Strong exposure to the Karnataka market
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Proven success in trade & corporate healthcare sales
  • Experience with Sutures, Staplers, Energy & Hernia products (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required MBA is a plus
