Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Total 15 20 years of experience with a minimum of 10 to 12 Years of people management responsibility and relevant industry experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare the business plan and strategy, Structure for the respective Business

Overall responsible for the business line revenue and GC.

Sales Structure, Sales Enablement for the team

Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, case studies for each of the offering

Manage and enable all other principal relationship across the country

Enhance Sonata's positioning with Principals. Garner preferred partner status.

Regional principal alignment & Account Planning with our region

Business Planning and Governance with Principals.

Help Regional sales team in closing deals.

Reduction in Cost of sales, Better Commercial terms from principals

Creation and management of funnel.

Competition tracking & monitoring

Be the exec sponsor for min 10 customers
