Role Description

We are looking for high-performing Sales Professionals to lead solar module sales in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment through a strong network of channel partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry, specifically in modules, and a proven track record of managing regional sales, dealer development, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales of solar PV modules in the C&I segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with organizational targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and joint customer meetings with partners.
  • Analyze regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in solar module sales, specifically in channel development and mid-market sales.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, pricing models, and industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability in channel partner development, mid-market customer acquisition, and regional sales leadership.
