Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, and managing team members.
  • Convert key accounts and core customers and ensure they are retained.
  • Implement trade promotions and sales promotions.
