Job Description
- Build and manage a sales team and technical/pre-sales team.
- Identify, develop, and close deals in the SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Drive sales of data security and data backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.
- Maintain strong and healthy relationships with OEM partners, internal team members, and customers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for customer meetings and revenue.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a reseller organization selling cybersecurity or backup solutions to corporate customers in Mumbai.
- Proven client-facing experience in security or backup solution sales.
- Strong understanding of IT Security and Backup Solutions, including:
- Endpoint Security
- Network Security / NGFW
- Data Security & DLP
- Backup & Replication (Server, Desktop, Laptop)
- MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience selling data security or data backup solutions.
- Experience must be with corporate customers based in Mumbai.
- Candidate must have sold to Mumbai-based clients while being based in Mumbai.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, as per mandatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within defined parameters.
