We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in selling data security and data backup solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai and should have managed a sales team for at least 3 years.

:

Lead and manage the Mumbai branch with a focus on maintaining a healthy profit.

Build and grow a high-performing sales & technical team.

Identify, pitch, and close deals in the SMB and Enterprise segments.

Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, team members, and customers.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Sell IT security & backup solutions to corporate clients.

Ensure consistent client meetings and pipeline growth.

:

Minimum 5 years of experience selling data security or backup solutions through a reseller organization.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Networking, Data Security, DLP, Backup, NGFW, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management, etc.).

Proven experience in corporate sales within Mumbai.

Team management experience of at least 3 years.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

5+ years of experience selling data security or backup solutions specifically to corporate customers in Mumbai.

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Salary: Up to 1,50,000 per month + Variable Pay + Mobile + Conveyance
