About the Role

Responsible for leading and driving Prime LAP sales across. Key functions include sales strategy development, team management, target achievement, relationship building with customers/stakeholders, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires trend analysis and performance reporting to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue targets for Prime LAP through strategic sales planning.
  • Onboard and manage a high-performing DSA network (Mandatory experience).
  • Lead, mentor sales team to achieve goals and track performance against targets.
  • Build strong client and partner relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket Prime LAP deals effectively.
  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources for maximum ROI.
  • Solve complex problems and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues with strong leadership.

Qualifications

  • Graduate is mandatory/MBA optional
