Position:Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager

Location:Pune

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Salary Range: Upto 11 LPA

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Preschool Franchise Sales to join our team in Pune. This is an on-site, full-time role. The responsibilities include identifying new franchise opportunities, managing leads, driving sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential franchisees. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and supporting franchisees during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing franchisee partners and expanding the business.

Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement for the exclusive - F- brand outlet.

Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.

Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.

Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.

Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit.

Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner, from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning.

Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up.

Serve as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between franchise partner and the company headquarters (head-office).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Preschool Franchise Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Knowledge of Franchise Sales, Marketing Strategies, and Territory Development
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets, identify potential leads, and close deals effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience in the preschool, education, or franchise industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
