We are looking for a driven and experiencedRegional Sales Managerto lead and expand our presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive consistent performance.
- Ensure strong execution of field activities, doctor coverage, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with ABMs, RBMs, and HO to align field efforts with company goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine tactics.
- Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional inputs as per marketing strategy.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint work to coach and support team members.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM tools and maintain data integrity.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs to ensure continuous team development.
- Represent the company at key medical events, conferences, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred).
- Minimum 8 years in pharma sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership, team-handling, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM/reporting tools.
