Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their designated region. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also involve conducting market analysis and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing regional sales operations
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Team management experience, including training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with agricultural inputs or chemical fertilizers is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in an on-site environment

Position: Regional Manager

Location: Jharkhand

Eligibility Criteria :-

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Regional Manager (Agriculture / Agri-Input / Fertilizer / Bio Products preferred)

2. Strong knowledge of all districts of Jharkhand.

3. Good understanding of distributor and retailer network management.

4. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Job responsibility :-

1. Monthly and yearly targets.

2. District wise expansion plan and strategies.

3. Develop and strengthen distributor and retailer network across all districts.

4. Maintain strong knowledge of all districts, crop patterns, and market behavior.

5. Set targets, track performance, and ensure productivity.

6. Coordinate with agriculture officers and local stakeholders when required.

7. Track sales, collections.
