Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (PAN India- Franchise EBO Onboarding) at AKAVA Luxurious located in Noida. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the onboarding process for franchise Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India. Daily tasks include identifying potential franchise partners, managing relationships, coordinating with internal departments for seamless setup, ensuring compliance with company standards, and achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within the region, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and providing training and support to franchisees.
