Territory: Entire Maharashtra & Goa

Reporting To: Zonal Sales Head

About Ozone Doors & Windows Division

Ozone's Doors & Windows Division offers a comprehensive range of architectural hardware and solutions for aluminum, uPVC, doors & windows. The product portfolio includes sliding systems, patch fittings, shower fittings, floor springs, handles, hinges, locks, door controls, window hardware, glass fittings, railings, and complete door & window solutions.

The division works closely with fabricators, channel partners, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, interior designers, consultants, and project customers across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional segments.

Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and leading the business for Ozone's Doors & Windows category across Maharashtra and Goa. The role will involve handling channel sales, project sales, team management, dealer and distributor development, and ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the region.
  • Handle entire Maharashtra & Goa market from Mumbai base.
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, fabricators, and channel partners.
  • Drive business through architects, builders, developers, consultants, and project customers.
  • Develop sales in key cities including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, and Goa.
  • Increase market share and expand dealer network in the region.
  • Lead and guide the regional sales team to achieve targets.
  • Track major projects and ensure specification of Ozone products.
  • Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and dealer performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor updates

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • 4-9 years of sales experience in Doors & Windows, Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, uPVC, Aluminum Systems, or related industry (Must Have)
  • Strong experience in channel sales and project sales
  • Good network with dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, and consultants across Maharashtra & Goa
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
