Branch Manager

Job Requirement

• Candidate will be hired at Senior Manager grade
• Will be responsible for managing an upcoming branch
• Teller, Teller Authoriser, and PB Classic will report to the Branch Manager
• Looking for a candidate with experience in handling branch operations
• Should currently be leading a team in a similar capacity

Job Description

• Lead a result-oriented team responsible for branch profitability
• Ensure high-quality service and effective Customer Relationship Management
• Oversee operations, risk management, and ensure adherence to compliance
• Own and drive all branch banking objectives and supervise overall branch functioning
• Ensure achievement of overall branch targets by generating new business and cross-sales
• Supervise and manage High-Net-Worth customer programs
• Ensure all components of the branch sales model function effectively
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Review and act upon Branch Operations reports
• Manage teller operations and maintain proper control over the vault
• Coordinate with marketing teams for branch merchandising and product-level marketing
• Review vault register and key register regularly
• Monitor and review Suspense and Dummy accounts
• Ensure compliance with all banking rules, regulations, and standard procedures
• Conduct periodic reviews of progress versus defined objectives
• Ensure clarity of business objectives among all branch staff
• Monitor adherence to the sales process and operational checklists
