Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing customers with product information and support. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal product delivery.

Experience :- 6 to 10 yrs

Preferred :- Cream Food/Bakery Industry Experience only

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Knowledge of bakery and food industry products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required
