Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record. The role would be responsible for driving business, building revenue, and managing business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong sales pipeline in Tamil Nadu
• Proposal development and sale closures
• Competitive analysis
• Market research and networking using LinkedIn

Qualifications ( Mandatory )

• Experience in the Packaging Industry
• Min 3 years of experience in B2B - Sales background
• Proven Track record of Sales performance and meeting sales targets
• Language Proficiency - English, Tamil, Hindi ( advantage )
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
