Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting new markets, developing and nurturing client relationships, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. This is a remote, full-time role requiring travel within the region and collaboration with other teams to expand the brand's reach and improve market penetration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Market Development, and achieving regional sales goals
- Strategic planning skills with expertise in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies for market growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to establish and manage client relationships and motivate teams
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software is preferred
