Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the electronics industry.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in New York and surrounding areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, in Fans, Wires or lights vertical in the electronics industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the market and the ability to establish local networks.
