Base: Surat (with extensive travel across assigned region)

Compensation: 1.5 2 lakh/month + performance-based incentives

The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of Savani Jewellers in your assigned market (South / West / North / East). This is a senior, relationship-driven role best suited for someone who already has deep connections with jewellery retail chains and prominent family jewellers.

Your mandate is simple: leverage your network, drive business growth, and establish Savani as the trusted partner for premium diamond jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Open new markets in your region by connecting with multi-store retailers, large family jewellers, and distributors.
• Client Relationships: Use your industry connections to build and maintain high-value, long-term client partnerships.
• Revenue Growth: Drive consistent order flow, repeat business, and ensure targets are met across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Insights & Feedback: Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (design, production) to align collections with regional tastes.
• Collections & Payments: Ensure smooth follow-ups on payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, regional trends, and provide insights to management.

What Were Looking For

• 1015 years of B2B jewellery sales experience (diamond/fine jewellery background strongly preferred).
• Strong network of decision-makers in jewellery retail chains and family jewellers.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across your region.
• Based in or open to frequent travel to Surat HQ.
