We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive government sales across Mumbai and Pune. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including tendering, bidding, and order closure, while building strong relationships with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business in government & public sector accounts

Manage tendering, bidding, and procurement processes

Develop regional sales strategy and achieve targets

Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements:

7–12 years in Government / Institutional Sales

Strong knowledge of tendering & procurement

Experience in Automobile / EV / Waste Management preferred

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
