Job Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Microsoft Modern Work (MWP) and Cloud Solutions
(Azure, AWS, GCP) by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets for Microsoft M365, Modern Work & Cloud solutions
- Identify and close new enterprise and mid-market opportunities
- Manage key accounts and build strong CXO and IT stakeholder relationships
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Work closely with Microsoft and cloud partner teams
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for successful deal execution
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of B2B / Enterprise IT sales experience
- Strong background in Microsoft Modern Work (M365)
- Proven exposure to Azure (mandatory); AWS/GCP preferred
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Cloud or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with system integrators or cloud service providers
