Straffing AI has partnered with a global Tech Consulting firm to find an elite Technical Sales Consultant for a critical leadership role.
This is a senior individual contributor position responsible for driving new business and acquiring enterprise clients for Microsoft Dynamics (D365 F&O, BC, CRM) and Azure solutions across the South India region.
We are seeking a true self-starter, a sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas, deep domain expertise in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, and an established network in the South India market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new logo acquisition (hunting) for the entire South India territory.
- Drive the full sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics solutions (D365 F&O, BC/NAV, CRM) and Azure services (On-Premise & Cloud).
- Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets (in the $1M - $2M+ USD range).
- Independently generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and strategize complex sales pitches.
- Handle first-level product presentations and coordinate effectively with pre-sales/delivery teams for detailed demos and POCs.
- Develop and nurture new enterprise accounts for long-term strategic relationships.
Must-Have Requirements
This is a specific search. To be considered, you must have:
- 8-12+ years of direct, quota-carrying solution selling experience.
- Specific Domain Expertise: A strong, recent background in selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM (licenses and services).
- Proven Hunter Track Record: Verifiable history of closing $1M-$2M (USD) in annual targets for the last 2-3 years.
- Location: Must be a resident of Bangalore.
- Regional Expertise: Deep familiarity with the South India market. Fluency in local regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is essential.
- Attitude: A true self-starter with documented experience in generating new leads and building a territory from scratch.
Compensation & Location
- Package: In the 20-25LPA range, but flexible for exceptional candidates.
- Location: This is a fully remote role based in Bangalore, with required travel across South India.
