Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will lead efforts to expand the company's market presence and drive sales growth in the assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless project delivery, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
  • Knowledge of Steel Structures, PEB Buildings, and Construction Manufacturing Processes
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in the steel or construction manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
