Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Udaipur. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategic plans, leading sales initiatives, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue, maintaining industry knowledge, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Revenue Generation, and Market Analysis
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills
• Leadership qualities, including Team Management and Training capabilities
• Proficient in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Knowledge of the hospitality or luxury market sector is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur with flexibility for local or regional travel when needed
