Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Regional Sales Manager (Maharashtra) at Krishgen Biosystems India. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, building and managing a team to achieve sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for coaching and building the sales team, fostering relationships with key clients, providing solutions tailored to their research needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and target achievement. Regular reporting, forecasting sales revenues, and participation in promotional activities such as webinars or events are key aspects of the role.

Current team size in Maharashtra: 2 Mumbai, 2 Pune

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (required), MSc preferred
• Previous Managerial Experience in the industry in a similar role required
• Proficiency in excel required
