About the Role
Drive on-premise (HoReCa) revenue and brand adoption by securing menu placements, cocktail integrations, and premium outlet partnerships across West India. This role is accountable for creating demand at the outlet level, not just pushing distributor sales.
Responsibilities
- Premium Outlet Acquisition
- Identify and onboard top restaurants, bars, cafés, and hotels
- Build relationships with:
- Owners / founders
- F&B heads
- Mixologists / bar managers
- Close menu listings (mocktails, cocktails, mixers)
- Menu Integration & Revenue Creation
- Ensure DrinkHado is:
- Featured on menus (not just stocked)
- Used in signature cocktails / mocktails
- Co-create drinks with mixologists
- Drive seasonal menu updates and LTO (limited-time offers)
- In-Outlet Execution & Brand Visibility
- Secure:
- Menu callouts
- Back-bar placement
- Table / tent card visibility
- Execute:
- Sampling sessions
- Bartender trainings
- Launch nights / events
- Distributor & Supply Alignment
- Coordinate with regional distributors for:
- Order fulfillment
- Stock availability
- Outlet servicing
- Track secondary sales and reorder patterns
- Pipeline & Territory Management
- Maintain a strong pipeline of:
- New outlet acquisitions
- Menu conversions
- Prioritize top 100 premium outlets per city
- Weekly reporting on:
- Conversions
- Menu placements
- Revenue per outlet
Qualifications
3–5 years experience in: Alcobev / mixers / premium beverages / HoReCa sales
Required Skills
- Strong network across: Mumbai, Pune, Goa HoReCa ecosystem
- Proven track record of:
- Menu placements (not just billing)
- Premium brand building in outlets
Preferred Skills
- Relationship-driven selling (owners + bartenders)
- Strong understanding of:
- Cocktail culture
- Bar economics
- Negotiation & closing ability
- Execution focus (sampling → conversion → reorder)
- High ownership and hustle
