Work Locations : Mumbai, Pune and Aurangabad

Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Execution
• Market Development
• Oversee new product launches in collaboration with R&D and Marketing teams.
• Optimize resource utilization, control costs, and manage assets effectively.
• Team development and Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/ Ice-cream/ Frozen industry
• Strong experience in DNE and distributor appointment
