Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts within a defined territory, identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include manage proposals, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining strong client relations, forecasting sales targets, having strong ability to close the deal quarterly at least 20 to 30 Mw signup and developing strategies to achieve regional revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Region: Maharashtra and Gujrat

Qualifications

  • Overall work experience 5 to 10 years
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the renewable energy or related industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Understanding of solar energy technologies, particularly PV tracker systems, is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Exceptional organizational and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel within the region, as needed
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive to deliver results and exceed targets
