Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Regional Sales Manager (General Trade). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional targets, negotiating with trade partners, expanding the company's distribution network, and managing general trade sales in the assigned region. The role includes supervising and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, monitoring inventory levels, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong general trade sales expertise, including experience in distribution channel management and trade negotiations.
  • Proficiency in leading and mentoring sales teams, with abilities in team management, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis, sales data interpretation, and strategy adaptation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in the water filtration or purification industry is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
