Role Overview

Location: NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore (With 50-60% Travel) or based out of the respective geographies of APAC, Middle East or Africa

As Regional Sales Manager at FinBox, you will be the regional leader for your respective geography, responsible for scaling business for your territory by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships across C-level and beyond, building and coaching regional sales team, defining and executing go-to market plans,driving order-book and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We're Looking For:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Account acquisition & large deal management
  • Responsible for new business and new logos
  • Pipeline & Forecasting:
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate order book and revenue forecasts
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Build & execute go-to market plans
  • Strategize and execute account attack strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client goals and drive revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends
  • Brand Ambassador/Thought Leader
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams and represent the organization as thought leader across various industry forums
  • Partnership and Alliances
  • Chalk-out regional partnership strategy
  • Work with the team to engage partners and strategic alliances to onboard partners, co-build go-to market plans in consultation with respective partners and track execution
  • Engagement Management:
  • Build & nurture relationship with CXOs
  • Stakeholder management & organizational alignment
  • Monitor account performance, track progress and identify areas for improving engagement
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-15 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, in enterprise SaaS/Software products - preferably financial services/fintech platforms. Mandatory experience of selling to BFSI clients.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - active listening, persuasive abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and solution selling skills.
  • Understanding industry trends and customer imperatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and preferably (though not mandatory) people management experience
