Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in ELV, RFID, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm Systems. The position is based in Surat, Rajkot, hyderabad, jaipur, delhi, lucknow, raipur, pune, mumbai, chennai, bangalore with the possibility of remote work for certain responsibilities. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and presenting security solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include market research, coordinating with technical teams for solution delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent support.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in sales strategies, target setting, and client relationship management
  • Strong experience in the ELV, RFID, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm System domains
  • Technical awareness regarding digital security products and solutions
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and time management capabilities to handle hybrid working conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support practices is an advantage
